Accessibility & Toilets

Accessibility
Due to the nature of the showfield there is limited wheelchair access. The show is held in a field so the ground is uneven and the grass is not mown so some of it will be completely inaccessible but the flat area around the main ring is relatively flat so could possibly be accessible depending on your mobility. Please bear in mind that the weather can make the field muddy.

Blue Badge Parking
Limited blue badge parking is available at the Gordon Porter Gate and must be booked in advance with our Secretary - use the button below to send an email.

Help & Medical Assistance
If you have an issue on showday, go to any official show tent or find one of our team who will all be wearing beautiful yellow hi-vis waistcoats - they can give you information, call a medic or help sort a problem. Medics will be on site all day.

Toilets and Baby Changing Facilities
We have disabled toilets which contain baby changing facilities.  Please see the map page for toilet locations - depending on ground condition on show week, these locations may change. Please ask at the Horse Tent, Secretary's Tent or any team member wearing a Show Hi-viz Tabard for directions.

Can I bring my dogs?

Absolutely! Well behaved dogs are very welcome at the show, especially in the dog classes!

The show can be very busy and there are lots of animals competing so please make sure your dog will be comfortable before bringing it.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Please pick up your dog's poo, bag it and bin it.

Dogs should not be left in cars.

There is no running water at the Show so please bring water for your dog.

Dogs are welcome in the Knapps Nature Experience but they must be under control, calm, and not bark at or scare the animals in the Experience Tent. Any dogs misbehaving will be asked to leave immediately.
