Options and prices are on the form below.  Applications will close on February 8th but may close earlier if demand is high.


Please fill in the form below. We will be in touch to confirm if your application is successful, after which we will require payment. If your application is approved, payments must be made by 1st March - any not paid for by this date will be discarded. 


If you pay before 1st March, you will feature on the map in our printed schedule.


You should receive a copy of your application form by email, if you don't please send the trade team a message using the green button below.

Please note that charity stands are limited.


The allocation of pitches will be decided by the Directors of the Show - no changes will be made. Exhibitors must co-operate promptly with all officials and stewards.


IMPORTANT: The show is held in a field - the ground is uneven, the grass is unmown and much of the show is on sloping ground.
